Traditional and nontraditional Litigation
Over the years, businesses and individuals have the opportunity to use a traditional or nontraditional judicial proceeding to help run issues. Traditional judicial proceeding is two or more parties who involve the mash system to help resolve disputes; whereas, nontraditional litigation is victimization alternative dispute resultants other than the chat up system to solve disputes.
