In this group I make up out that there were people who were good in Chemistry but poor in Mathematics. We helped eac h other and by the time the final run reached, we were well prepared and the entire group member excelled.Steinbergs book, The mutual-aid approach to working with groups offer imperative information on how effective a group can be. The key message that is passed across is forming a group that works for you and establishing clear goals.
