Abstract
Communication is an important component part in Team Dynamics. Effective parley by only individuals demonstrates the high level ability of that team to succeed in all areas. Communication is one of the greatest dimensions in world a team player (Hartenian, 2002, p.7). Being a team player enhances a person to be a give out gougedidate in the corporate world for selection in job positions as well as promotions within a company. The purpose of this paper is to define communication within team dynamics, describe the types of communication and explain the negative and positive affects of communication to a team. This paper will explore how communication can build a successful team oppose to how omit of communication can destroy the same team.
