The other day when my mom asked me to pillage the room, I told her, Alright, Ill do it in a jiffy!. exactly I n incessantly did.
Then my father told me to swear out him wash the car. I said, Sure I will! But I never did too!
Then when my sister asked me to die some stuff for her from the shop, I replied, Of course! Anything sis!
And yes, as you might have guessed, I did not do it every!
I never did what I was supposed to do!
Whats wrong with me? Didnt I hear them right or what? Just what was I thinking of? Well, sounds familiar? This is what we call shillyshally!
Procrastination means delaying what youre supposed to do at a later time. And as a result, you never receive when you can do it as nobody knows whether you will ever have the time or the opportunity to do it again.
For me, procrastinating is very devastating. It already happened to me. For example, I give care to postpone my cooking. I like to finish them at the very last minute. When my friend asked me rough my homework, I will say, relax…because there will endlessly be tomorrow.
Sometimes, my friends also agree with me. But, something happened. My teacher got mad at me because my work is very messy. Sometimes, I didnt finish my homework because I dont have much time. It was all because of procrastination! After a hard lesson learnt-of being scolded in public-I never practice procrastination in my life any longer!
A student who neglects his studies all through the year cannot redeem good result even if he burns the midnight oil, bonny a day or two before the examinations. cypher can win a marathon running die hard just because he has luck. Wisdom doesnt lie in sounding at the sky and making weather forecasts, but in being ready to face all weathers - fair or foul.
