Tim Inc. is a faithfulness firm which was founded by a rain maker, unfortunately, notwithstanding his ability to attract clients, the founding partner was not a hard worker. Joshua was a young lawyer at the time, and he saw a great opportunity for the firm. Joshua knew he require to buy the firm from the original owner. If he could manage to take away control of the firm, he would be able leverage the spirit and relationships built by the founding partner. At present Joshua is the senior partner, there are four other directors. These directors are senior lawyers and their collective experience is what Joshua sees as a vital element in a law firm. Joshuas aim is to turn his firm into a Boutique firm, that is, a firm that is highly specialized, specializing in insurance law.
