1. INTRODUCTION
Holding a portfolio is a dispel of an investment and risk of exposure-limiting strategy called diversification. By owning several assets, certain types of risk (in particular specific risk) can be reduced. The assets in the portfolio could embroil bank accounts, stocks, bonds, options, warrants, gold certificates, real estate, futures contracts, production facilities, or whatsoever other item that is expected to retain its value.

Investment in securities is intended for financial objectives and does not create a tenacious interest in control over an enterprise.

The market for differential coefficient securities has become very large in recent years.
The OCC is the worlds largest blondness derivatives clearing organization and at December 3, 2012 reported a significant rise in futures, options and securities bestow activity.

Options: Exchange-listed options trading intensiveness reached 335,527,473 contracts in November, a 3 pct decrease from November 2011.
