On the Job Training

Training is a one of the most valuable components of the success of a company. need of formal on the job teach can track down to high turnover rates, customer dissatisfaction, and overall loss of business. rise trained employees can generate more business by displaying boldness in their ability and knowledge of their chosen job. These employees also have higher morale and tend to perform check than employees who have not been trained. For these reasons we are now revamping our training forage from a single day orientation crop followed by on the job training, to a three day comp orientation and training course for our new sales team members. This three day training process will include the history of our company and the many products that we are now know to sell. We will also spend quality time getting our new sales clerks familiar with the computerized cash register system. or so of all we compulsion to train the sales team and fort them with the knowledge of how to best interact with our customers.

As the training executive program of this retail store, my main responsibility is to effectively train and point all new hires.



For this reason I have created a new three day training course to acquire my objective of preparing our new associates for a productive career in sales. Within the span of three days we will add a sense of confidence and pride in both new hire that joins our ranks. The new training process was redesigned from the cause up emphasizing teamwork, knowledge of the products being sold, and self confidence through a combination of vestibule and classroom training along with a new computer aided pedagogy program developed especially for our sales associates. The training process will be conducted by the training supervisor and support by various members of the sales team including management.
