One of my nonrecreational marks as a Coordinator is to sanction front line managers with organizing a Unit that receives a uplifted number of client referrals. I work and supervise front line managers in underdeveloped and implementing proper procedures so that the Unit is performing optimally and efficiently. earlier to my promotion, this Unit has been struggling with the ability to ensure that milestones are be met.
