1.OBJECTIVE:
1.1.To make new employee aware about the partnerships Mission, Vision, Philosophy, HR Policies and Procedures.
2.POLICY:
2.1.Candidate who joins the duty at Head Office, approaching and Factories shall first report to HR of the single location and complete formalities as per HR polity APL/HO/HR/002. He/she depart be institutionalise a participation logo, quality policy card and agreeable letter. The welcome letter signing shall be as habituated below:

1.1.2.For SM1 and above Executive Director.
2.2.The stimulus generalization process is divided into 2 types, depending upon Grade of the employees. 2.3.Grade S1 to S6: HR will give an Induction presentation to all new entrants in Grade S1 to S6 within one week from the date of connecter. All the employees joined in a week shall be pooled together to give presentation.
2.4.Grade E1 and above: The employees in Grade E1 to SM8 will be given the induction presentation on the same solar day of connector.



However this would depend on the availability of the conference room. alternatively it would be conducted on the subsequent day.
2.5.In case of employee joining in Grade M1 and above at Head Office, approach and Factory, a circular about his/her appointment along with his/her fritter will be displayed on Notice Board at the respective locations. The circular will contain details of his/her designation, department, inform authority, previous organization and position held in the previous organization.

2.6.In case of employee joining at Head Office and Advent in Grade M1 to SM2, E-mail will be sent to Head Office and Advent staff only.
