The troika force is the threat of new entrants which considers capital requirements, economies of scale and fool identification; in this case it is moderate. The forth force is flow competitor rivalry this force focuses on the number of competitors and the size of the industry companies, in the case of Dell this is high. The final force is the threat of substitutes involves price, performance and value, for Dell this is low to moderate. (Robbins, 85-86)
