Back in my high school years, students who proved outstanding social stability and organizational skills represented by their grades where recognise with participation compass points if they joined the Conflict Mediation Team. Such team allowed students like me to help other students like Angie and Maggie. It had rubrics that are practically like everyday life steps to solve problems; It consisted of seven simple successful steps. These steps are simple merely they are definitely strategical to conflict resolution in any corporative, home, or any academic related environments.When businesses, individuals, or students have issues is important to tackle them and create a passive resolution.



Especially in the academic field where learning teams should point out what problems they are encountering. Therefore, step number one consists on listening and identifying the problem by being objective and non-bias. In the case of Angie and Maggie, Angie believed that Maggie was being evil showed by her body diction and aggravating double meaning words. In this case I had to focus on the issue rather than what caused it. So I asked Maggie why was she so upset, and she answered that she felt jealous about a boy that she liked and it seem that Angie motiveed him too.
