Leadership and Corrupted Leaders

Why do societies need leaders? This is such a simple and short question, barely the answers may be infinite. leadership run their country for the plurality. Their main concern is to make the people happy. What happens when a leader becomes selfish? A term to find this is corruption. The leader doesnt think of his people anymore and instead tries to ticktock more powerful. In the play, Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare four main characters vex for power over Rome. Brutus, one of these four characters, proves that he is the nobles Roman. Brutus is the trump out leader for Rome because he is unfaithful, cold, and a strategic thinker.
A good leader should be willing to give up things he loves; sometimes he needs to be unfaithful. Brutus ruff friend is Julius Caesar, Romes current emperor. Julius Caesar is a strong minded, well amend and motivated leader. He is offered to be king three times, and he doesnt want to become the king of Rome. He cares for people and lives to make Rome the greatest empire. People, in return, look up to him and give him a lot of praise. However, the Senators are convinced that Caesar wants all in all the power to himself. One of the Senators, Cassius, formulates a plan to kill Caesar. all in all he has to do is tolerate Brutus on his side.



Cassius is determined to get what he wants and eventually he does. Caesar expects people to turn against him, but he is surprised when his best friend turns out to be one of those people. Brutus reason for killing Caesar is that even though he loves Caesar, he loves Rome more. Cassius has Brutus convinced that Caesar is ambitious. After Caesars death, Brutus tells people, Ambitions debt is paid (III, i, 90). Traditionally, creation unfaithful is not a good quality; yet, a leader needs to put his peoples needs above his sustain needs. Brutus does this when he kills Caesar. Therefore, he is a good leader.
