Gambling has forever and a day been a sticky situation since it first reached America. A divvy up of concourse dont agree
that we should begin gamboling and many people be all for it. in America there are two lineaments of
gamboling, legal gamboling and illegal gambling. In recent eld Indians have wanted something for
their land that they were forced impinge on of long time ago. They were put on reservations that were often times
in the middle of nowhere and impossible to start a economy. They overly felt cheated because the land
that they owned was prime land along water ways. They want some sort of compact that makes up for
the losses that the Indians have endured. or so Indian tribes are pushing for their own gambling. The
280 states that the United States political sympathies could not shut down gambling on reservations. in that location is
no criminal act being done so the United States had no right to regulate their gambling casinos.
The Mohican Indians have been exhausting to get off reservation gambling in Sullivan county. It would
appear that they have done everything correct in the eyes of the uprightness to get this passed in the local
governances. In my opinion they should already have this set up and have a open casino.

already have their casino up and running. It seems like it has always been a blanket type deal when

Indians should also be able to build their casino. If the Indians do get the off reservation casino then
I do believe that the government should be able to tax and regulate their winnings because it allow not
be on Indian land. If they would agree to this then I have no reservations about giving Indians their off
reservation casinos
