Humanities can be defined as, humankinds cultural legacy- the ideas and achievements handed down from generation to generation. (Fiero, 2006) Humanities are the study of literature, philosophy, prowess and music. Studying the humanities helps to teach us about other cultures and helps us to have respect for wholly humankind and their beliefs and values. Humanities differ from other forms of human research and expression beca implement it goes deeper than just names, dates and places. Our world tends to be looked at objectively thus not taking into consideration the people of the prehistoric or their meaning and purpose. The present time and nightclub brings onwards many deepens. Art
The art of today has changed a great deal from art of the historic. In the past are was mainly done effected by painting, drawing and sculpture. In todays society more materials are being use in the man of art. Everyday objects are being considered art. Another visible change to art is performance art. This type of art has become quite familiar over the last years. One of the most popular performance groups is known as Cirque de Soleil. This group performs art in the sense that the viewers are at the circus.

Architecture
there is a saying that you cannot stop change. This seems to be true with the architects of today. The architects of the past built buildings using drawings done by hand and the use of human labor this was soon replaced with machines and computer animation. One dire and famous building that comes to mind is the Sydney opera shack in Australia, built by Jorn Utzan in 1957. When completed the Opera House was a big success and helped to make Utzan world known. (architecture.about.com) The Sydney Opera House has become an important part of world culture.
